Flax is the fibre used to create linen, but it also makes very interesting and highly productive flower. It grows straight up to around 2 feet high and has the cutest little blue flowers, but also looks amazing as it goes to seed and has tiny sparkling domes that make the most unusual inclusion in a flower arrangement. I highly recommend taking a chance on flax!
